All payments are due at time of purchase. Payments can be made via PayPal with your PayPal account or alternatively, any major credit card through PayPal's secure website (no PayPal registration required). If you prefer to make payment with check or money order, please contact me prior to purchase. Any purchases made by check will not be shipped until your check has cleared.
International shipping is offered via USPS Priority Mail International to Canada and Mexico for a flat rate of $16.00 USD, and all other countries, $23.00 USD. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 days from shipping date.
Need your package sooner? Destinations within the United States may choose USPS Express Mail/overnight delivery for a $20.00 shipping charge, and Global Express for 1 to 3 day delivery to international destinations at a charge of $35.00 shipping. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included. All purchases will be shipped within two business days of your purchase, with the following options:
RETURNS & REFUNDS //
I do hope that you are completely satisfied with your Mardi Studio jewelry but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will cheerfully refund your purchase price, minus any shipping charges, upon my receipt of the item(s)in their original condition. Returns must be received within two weeks after a refund has been requested. You may also choose a store credit for your full purchase price.
ALTERATIONS //
Most of the pieces in the Mardi Studio Collection can be adjusted in length. If you would like the size to be adjusted, please contact me for availability.

- USPS Priority with insurance and confirmation, FREE of charge when shipped to destinations within the United States.
- International //
- International shipments will be mailed First Class International, the lowest rate available, for a flat rate of $12.00 USD. You may choose to upgrade your shipment to Priority Mail, with or without insurance, for a higher fee; please contact me if you would prefer this shipping option.
